About the Role
B1 IT Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Azure Cloud Engineer with hands-on experience in Terraform to join our client project. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting a dynamic engineering team that emphasizes reliability, automation, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As an Azure Cloud Engineer, you will:
- Architect, build, and manage Azure cloud environments using Terraform
- Collaborate with application teams to ensure high availability and scalability
- Automate deployments and streamline infrastructure workflows
- Monitor and support applications with a focus on reliability and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple layers, including networking, security, and application components
- Work closely with DevOps, development, and operations teams to drive best practices in cloud architecture and delivery
Desired Qualifications and Experience
Must-Have Skills
- 5–10 years of experience as an Azure Cloud Engineer
- Proficient in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Strong scripting/automation capabilities (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Experience supporting enterprise applications from a reliability and performance standpoint
- In-depth understanding of cloud networking and application architecture
- Solid problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Nice-to-Have Skills
- SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) or Cloud Reliability Engineering experience
- DevOps background with CI/CD practices
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code beyond Terraform (e.g., ARM templates, Bicep)

About the Role
B1 IT Solutions is actively seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with deep technical expertise in AMPscript, Mobile Studio (Push & SMS), and Salesforce’s powerful Journey & Automation tools. This role will support the execution of complex, data-driven customer engagement campaigns in collaboration with marketing stakeholders and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust marketing solutions
- Build, test, and deploy multi-channel campaigns using Email Studio, SMS, Push Notifications, and Mobile Studio
- Leverage AMPscript, JavaScript, and Dynamic Content to deliver highly personalized and contextual experiences
- Develop automated workflows using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder

About the Role
B1 IT Solutions is seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Solution Architect to lead integration design and development efforts within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. This remote, long-term engagement is ideal for a hands-on architect with a strong grasp of Oracle HCM APIs, Microsoft Azure Cloud, and Informatica-based integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of scalable integrations across Oracle Fusion HCM and external platforms
- Develop secure, high-performing integrations using Oracle HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, and BI Publisher
- Design and implement solutions leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services
- Integrate Oracle HCM Cloud with Microsoft Azure components (Functions, APIs, Databases, Virtual Machines)
- Build and manage ETL pipelines using Informatica Cloud (IICS/IDMC) and Integration Hub
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements and deliver integration solutions aligned with best practices
- Ensure all integrations meet compliance, privacy, and security standards
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers on integration best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve integration issues proactively
Required Skills & Experience
- 9+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations and integrations
- Deep expertise with Oracle HCM APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader), BI Publisher
